A dedicated and accomplished General Surgeon with over 30 years of experience in public healthcare services, including 18 years as Head of the Department of Surgery at Guru Gobind Singh Government Hospital, Delhi. Proven track record in initiating and advancing laparoscopic surgery services, with a commitment to surgical excellence, medical education, and public health initiatives.
